Loved being able to relax in the spa with the solarium, Turkish bath, and massages. The ecological certificate made me feel so fancy! And the terrace for meals? Absolutely divine!
Oh, the staff! Such a delight, always making me feel like a burden.

The room looks very good, but the hotel is more a 4 star hotel.
The hotel staff, the food! Horror food! Do not eat "omleta" and the breakfast very very poor.

The beautiful art work all around the hotel; the pillows; some of the young women on stuff were apologetic and tried to accommodate us but the problems we encountered were beyond their reach.
We were initially put in a room where the air conditioning wasn't working (it was 90 degrees outside!) and told to be patient until it got fixed. Eventually after an hour, we moved to another room. The wireless, which was free was was extremely slow. They insisted that I can connect using a cable but it looked like there was a problem with the network. It took 24 hours to get that fixed. In addition I got stuck in the elevator twice. The breakfast is poor compared to other hotels I stayed in in Romania (3 and 4 star hotels, not 5 as this one claims to be). The dinner we ate at the restaurant was cold when it was served. While the staff seemed to feel bad about all the problems we encountered, the manager tried to play down the problems.

Nice rooms, good value for money, good spa area.
Very poor location in a resort in decline. Interesing to see the abandoned surroundings though. A different experience. Empty and not very pretty beach (during off season).

It was ok, although it could have been better, much better.
It is not a 5 stars hotel, maximum 4 stars . Food was poor and not so good, no chance for fitness, no inside poor, a lot of noise.

The pool was really nice and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. , it was in a great location close to the beach and a variety of restaurants.
The room was not very clean. We found mold in the shower and hair on the bed linens.

Very friendly and efficient staff (broken shower-hose was fixed within minutes). Very clean. Secure parking at a fair price.
5 stars " is a joke. The room-furnishing was very simple and basic. Bathroom impression was that of a 1 star hotel. We booked "all inklusive". At the end of our stay mini bar consumption was charged extra. Bottled drinks? Extra. Freshly brewed coffee? Extra. Range and quality of food would be considered a shame by any 2 star hotel in Turkey or Egypt. The hotel is 150 m from the beach. It maintains no facilities on the beach. So, if you want to drink something, you either pay at a beach bar or you return to the hotel. If it was classified a three star hotel and would charge half of the 150,00 EURO per night, I would give it 6 out of ten, but so ..... We paid the Booked.net-commission to the hotel and checked out after 3 nights.

Hotel has good facilities (all available except indoor swiming pool). Interior design is very nice and warm- both hotel facilities (swiming pool, restaurant, terace, bar) and rooms. Rooms and swiming pool have very nice design and good quality finisages but average sizes (smaller than this would be too small for 5 stars). Restaurant dishes are tasy but for breakfast there is not so much variety. Hotel is close to the beach (5 min walk). Outdoor swiming pool was very clean.
Hotel is situated on the main road of Saturn resort together with a few restaurants which are right across the street and play very loud music at night (enough to be disturbing even with windows closed if rooms have a view to the main road). This was really a major incovenience together with service of the hotel staff. There are 2 main issues about hotel staff -lack of basic training and they are too few especility during weekends when the hotel is getting crowded. Hotel has no indoor swiming pool. There were no towels available at the swiming pool. Resort is small and there are very few things to do except stay on the beach. Restaurants in the resort (except this hotel restaurant) and one at another hotel are not so great either.

Hotel room facilities, location close enough to the beach and the activitied for children at the pool.
The all inclusive services are poor towards fair. The staff can benefit from more training to ensure they build up proper customer service skills as appropriate for a 5 star hotel. The food was Ok but the area where it is served was always crowded and poorly designed - it prompted the staff to accidents (ie. Pooring food over children and ruining their cloths). No facilities for toast bread and very poor choice of bread - I will definetelly encourage the chef to rethink the menu! The drink sellection for all inclusive very poor as well and limited to to certain hours. Not sure I will rate this hotel 5 stars - it is more a 3.5 stars hotel.

the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-functioning shower in the bathroom. I enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good selection of food. the pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a nice place to relax.
I did notice that the staff could have been more attentive to certain details, such as ensuring that all towels were replaced and pillows were clean.
